As part of your 10-14 day inspection period, we will assist you in arranging a professional and termite inspection on your investment property. This is a critical and important part of your choice to purchase the property.

The reports will most likely be emailed to you in PDF format from the inspector on the day of the inspection, or the day after. We will review the reports with you upon return, and will then construct our inspection notice to the seller.

You will be able to talk directly to the inspectors as well for further explanation on the findings.
